The primary focus of coordination team is to ensure smooth project delivery across all teams. We need to ensure that the device development complies with the university and competition rules. Our responsibilities include but not limited to: organizing regular meetings; informing each team should any major events arise; tracking team progresses by checking it against the expected deliverable delivery dates; be aware of any safety hazards, documentations and training required; organizing budgets and purchase requests; constantly monitor the well-being of the team members; and producing handover package for the juniors.
